A note about 'watched folders' : you can specify which folders will be automatically scanned to see if new pictures have been found. But if you specify the main pictures folder 'My Pictures', it will scan all your photos and media under My pictures. If that's not what you want, either disable the watched folders function or be more restrictive about the folders to include in the automatic search.
