Ive been getting a 4960 error when downloading CS6 Master collection, ive uninstalled, redownloaded, everything and nothing works. I have a Mac.

Where are you receiving this error? Can you please try initiating a direct download by following the directions listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.

Im gettung this error right after the download is completed, I cant cancel and redownload it for some reason as well.

What happens when you try the direct download method per the linked instructions in message #1?
