problem instaling photoshop

hi all

i had adobe suite cs4 installed on my computer and i had to reinstall windows. when im trying now to reinstall adobe all adobe programs are working but photoshop. when im trying to open it it says it has problem starts the progrem properly error 0xc000007b))

i was tring to uninstal;l and reinstall photoshop and i got the same result. was trying to insatall photoshop cs5 - same result.

i triple check that my windows 7 is 64 bit - it is!

any idea anyone?
