Put Photoshop in new computer

Years ago, I think 2007, I purchased CS3 with Lightroom for around $800 and I used it on my old computer. It crashed and now I would like to put my downloaded Photoshop onto my new computer.  It WAS in the history as returned? why I don't understand. It let me redownload my lightroom but now it shows no history of my CS3 purchase. I still have my Serial # to verify but am totally lost and confused on this site. Please, please help. Vanessa
