Trial CS5 Activation problem

I purchased CS5 student edition and installed it on July 3/4th, and followed verification onlne steps which included sending a jpg of a document to prove it is being used by a student.

 

However, we never received any kind of follow up information to complete the registration, and the trial has expired.

 

How can I activate my software?
