Creative Cloud won't let me launch apps

had In Design trial > it ended > bought membership for Creative Cloud > downloaded app manager > it says ID is installed but on launch it asks for license as if I never bought membership >> what is going on?

Thank you for the reply - I wish I had seen it before I uninstalled the trial in hopes that it would reset the app manager! Please, if there is something I can do now tell me -- ID is the whole reason I signed up for the creative cloud and I can't get it downloaded

Does "I can't get it downloaded" mean that the Adobe Application Manager still shows InDesign as installed after uninstalling it?

If so you can run the Adobe Cleaner Tool which you can get from here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.
