Is there any difference between id in iPad and desktop?

Hi,

 

We have created some new users with their respective Adobe IDs so that they can see some trial content in their iPads with Adobe Content Viewer. The trouble is that iPad does not recognize their IDs in spite that they are correct ones, tha is: When the log in and log out in a normal computer (Windows 7), the  IDs and passwords are acknowledge as valid ones but the ACV in our iPads keeps on saying they are wrog (for as much as we change passwords).

 

Any idea on how to solve this, please?

    Sign in to digitalpublishing.acrobat.com with those IDs and see if that helps.
