How to Copy after Adding?

I mistakenly chose Add to import some photos when I should have used Copy. Now if I try to re-import the photos Lightroom thinks they're already exist and won't recognise them as new photos. How do I get round this?

    You want to copy the photos to a different location, but you mistakenly selected Add.

     

    In Lightroom, you would have to move the photos by selecting the photos, then dragging and dropping the photos to the desired folder. However, this does a "Move", not a "Copy". I think the next step is to go to your operating system and actually make of a copy of these photos and put them whereever you want.
