flash animation as wallpaper

can i have a flash animation as a wallpaper in windows 7 home basic...i want this animation as my wallpaper : http://www.swfcabin.com/swf-files/1339604375.swfHolidays and Entertainment Best HD Wallpapres-132430.png

I have downloaded the animation but i just don't know how to make it my wallpaper...please share your expertise...thanks

    Windows seven does supports non static or movie wallpaper.  Not sure about swf, but mpeg and wmv, yes.

     

    Convert the swf to mpeg
