Update runs into Errors

I am using the Adobe Creative Cloud for a few months now and have installed most of the programms on my Desktop PC. The Application Manager  offers a lot of Updates (see picture).

But it always runs into this error:

Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 6.0.1-Update

AI CS6 Creative Cloud-Aktualisierung

Bei der Installation dieses Updates ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Schließen Sie die Installation und wiederholen Sie die Installation zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Fehlercode: U44M1I216

 

Photoshop Camera Raw 7.1-Update

Encore CS6-Update

Update für Adobe Extension Manager CS6

DPS Desktop Tools CS6 2.03-Aktualisierung

Das Photoshop 13.0.1-Update für Photoshop CS6 und Photoshop CS6 Extended

Bei der Installation dieses Updates ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Schließen Sie die Installation und wiederholen Sie die Installation zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Fehlercode: U44M1I216

 

Dreamweaver CS6 12.0.1-Aktualisierung zur Bereinigung kritischer Punkte

Bei der Installation dieses Updates ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Schließen Sie den Vorgang und versuchen Sie es später erneut. Fehlercode: U44M1I208

 

 

Is it possible that the reason for this is my also still installed CS5? Because  Creative Cloud works fine with my Laptop where I do not have older versions installed. Thanks in advance.

    Download and install the updates manually.

     

    Go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates and download the update that you are trying to install.

    Excellent link Arpit, however I'm getting errors when the Application Manager itself is trying to update, and there is no update listed on that page. Any advice? I need to download Illustrator badly but the Application Manager can't get past it's own update.

     

    This is the error I get:

     

    "We've encountered the following issues:

     

    Sorry, the program is not responding correctly (Error code: A12E1). For troubleshooting tips, Please visit our customer support page."

    1) Reboot the computer.

    2) Download and install Adobe  Application Manager Installer from the below link.

     

    Windows: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773

    Mac: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774

     

    3) If error still persist, Rename the OOBE folder to OOBE OLD from

    Mac: MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    Win: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\

     

    Install AAM again and try launching.

    Also, If there is a process named 'AAM Update Notifier' or 'AAM Registration Notifier' is running. Kill this prcoess and then try again installing Adobe Application Manager.

    Ok. In that case, we need to re-install AAM as it seems to be an issue with that.

     

    > Download and install the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    > Extract and run it.

    > Select "e" for English.

    > Hit "Y" for Yes if asked.

    > Select Option 3 for Creative Cloud.

    > Then select Option 1 for Creative Cloud Installer.

     

    Once that is done, follow the steps mentioned by Manish to re-install AAM.

    thanks a lot für the detailed instructions. I did as you and Manish said, but it still doesn´t work. I still get those errors.

    Hi all,

     

    in case of not knowing what to do I removed all CS 5 and CS 5.5 items so that there is only Creative Cloud stuff on my mac. And: it works now!
