I have a Captivate project with an (external) slide video. By publishing the project as mp4, the external slide video becomes part of the encompassing mp4. Curiously, when the mp4 video is played and reaches the slide with the (formerly external) video, there still appears for a moment "loading"-symbol, as if the video file had to be loaded.
This shouldn't be the case and it is annoying! How to avoid it? Any suggestions appreciated.
Best regards
Jan

Hello,
is there hope that this issue will be fixed in the next patch of Captivate? Patch 6.0.1.240 didn't change anything in this respect.

Hello,
Did you inserted that Video as a Slide Video or Multi-Sychronized Slide ?
Thanks,

I just tried both methods with the same effect (loading symbol).
It works in Video Demo mode, But I need to work in a mode where I can import ppt files.

Hello,
You can follow these steps :
1) Make sure Adobe Captivate 6 is closed
2) Go to Adobe Captivate 6 installation location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 6 (32 Bit)\)
3) Access "SWF Animation" folder under "Galary" folder
4) Rename "VideoLoadingAnimation.swf" to "1234.swf"
5) Launch Adobe Captivate 6 and republish your project
Thanks,
Vikram
