On my primary computer it seems like everyday I have to activitate my installed creative cloud apps. Is there something that needs to be updated, or checked on this computer, so that it will be recognized? I primarily use Premiere, Photoshop, and Encore.
Can you please locate the exact version? The Adobe Application Manager is located in C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp.exe. If you right click on PDApp.exe you can then select Properties. The version information is under the Details tab.
So it would appear that you have the current version of the Adobe Application Manager. This does typically resolve this difficulty. What have you tried so far to resolve your difficulties? Have you been in contact with our support team? If so do you have a case number I could review?
