why I can export ideas file?

hi! I have some problem with the exportation of the files. I don't understand: when I put the name and the password for my creative cloud, I watch this screenshoot chat I attach

    My guess is that you don't have a network connection so the app isn't able to reach the server. You can check the network by seeing whether you are able to use the browser on your device to visit web sites.

    Thank you paul, I have the wi-fi connection active, but I have always this mistake...any other idea? ;-)

    If you've got a network connection unfortunately nothing very helpful... just obvious things like have you tried killing the app and launching it again?
