Need some help
I'm in Photoshop CS6 and want to get an extension from Adobe exchange
I go to Windows/Adobe Exchange
and type what I'm looking for
and a pop up window come up asking to 'sign in'
Every time that I sing in with my ID, it keeps pop in up the same window asking to sing in
What it is this?
How can I get to that?
Am I doing something wrong?
I'm typing the right password and Id . . .
Need some help
Thanks
You're talking about this site, right Daniel?
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/
I just went there and found no problems getting search results, so the site appears to be working.
You might try clearing your browser cache (aka Temporary Internet Files), then close all instances of Internet Explorer (or whatever browser you use) and reopen.
Failing that, you might try clearing all your cookies. Keep in mind that will cause you to have to log in to any sites you've got stored passwords for.

Thanks Noel, but my problem is when I open PS CS6 and go to
I go to Windows/Extensions/Adobe Exchange
a pop up window is coming up, and asking to sign up with my Adobe ID.
I had reset my password and it keeps coming up asking for my Adobe ID over and over
This is my problem
How can I fix that?
I went to Rusell Brown personal page and download the extension that I want, so I'm cool
However, why is that the in the Adobe exchange panel that I can open from Photoshop CS6, I can not download it?
It keep asking me to sing in over and over and . . . well, you get my point.
Is this panel only for Cloud subscribers?
Just asking ![]()
Hi Daniel,
You can try asking over here too: http://forums.adobe.com/community/labs/exchange
The panel is not exclusive or intended to only work for Creative Cloud subscribers. I have it working ok under 10.7, downloading/installing the Russell Brown panels but I have that machine setup with a subscription. The AdobeID authentication could use a different code path, which might explain the difference in behavior.
