Hi Bill, I have updated Windows 7 64 bit, and have looked for the encode attachments option and don’t find it except to code in uuencode format for plain text messages? I don’t find anywhere where auto code is selected.
In any case, the email function continues not to work; the mail option stays greyed out in my Adobe reader 9. Perhaps the mail function is just not available on the free program. I am able to copy pdf to the clipboard but the format is entirely different for viewing purposes. Perhaps you can recommend a slightly more than free program that downloads pdf format and then can email it as is or as an attachment. Thanks for your assistance. Dennis Tivel
