Finally just finished an iPhone version of a previously built iPad (single issue) app.
What's the best route to take, just create the iPhone version as another (multi-issue) app, or create a multi-issue app with both renditions.
Will Apple approve the multi-issue App if I try to do an update on the original single edition??
Any experience here on this?
Cheers

You can create a viewer app for both the iPhone and iPad. Currently , iphone only viewers are not supported . Please select both ‘ ipad ‘ & ‘ iphone’ as the target device .
Apple requires the iphone Apps to work on ipads too which is not possible with a iphone only Viewer .
You can update your same app to Universal Build (Both iPad and iPhone) using Viewer Builder. Use renditions to publish content to both iPad and iPhone.

yea Thanks, I read that the first time, the point is, what if I dont want to create an iPad App. It's been a long time since I attempted to create an iOS app, but Apple didnt used to insist on the iphone app being universal; or has that changed?
maybe so?? would be interested to know.\

OK, so we are getting to the bottom of this then. It's not Apple insisting that we create universal apps, its that the iphone only viewer is crashing on the iPad?
I think I saw a thread about that earlier....
ho hum!
Fix any time soon??
Thanks for your replies, much better than nothing at all. Cheers.
