Alert boxes

I am trying to build a small chat application with Flash Media Server 4.5 and editing the code in CS6.

 

I am looking for someone to tell me how you create the small alert boxes that pop up that ask's the users for permission to use their camera and microphone?

 

I have looked on this forum and others for the answer but without any luck unfortunately.

 

I am hoping somebody who reads this has the answer and be kind enough to reply to me
