Weird squiggles showing up in preview/published version but not on the stage

When I preview or publish my animation, these weird lines show up that aren't on the stage. There's no hidden layers, and I can't figure out how to stop them from appearing. I'm using CS5 on Windows 7

The squiggles are near "Watt"-

Any help would be appreciated!

    It doesn't look like squiggles/noise, but moreso like pieces of drawings that are not attached to anything.  Try to narrow down the location of the extra artwork, by changing one layer at a time to be a guide layer.  As son as you see them disappear you should know which layer to focus your attention on.

    Even when all the layers are guides it's still showing up.

    If you can make your file available for downloading, someone might take a look at it and see if the problem can be determined.
