Setting a Character Style with no Stylized type

Sep 5, 2012 6:09 PM

I am trying to create a new Character Style that will make the text All Caps. I am doing this in the Character Style Window-->Basic Character Formats--->Case-->All Caps. But, the client does not want to see the All Caps button highlighted in the Control Bar as they feel this is stylized type and claim that the printer's rip will fail. I dont want to have to keep manually selecting this type and choosing UPERCASE under the Type Menu-->Change Case to format this type the way that they want it. Is there any other way to do this? Thanks in advance for any help w/this.
