We are a design company using Illustrator and Acrobat for designing for a client.
We designed a flyer, saved it as PDF and sent to client as normal. However when they open it in Reader, all the get is a blank document. It does not always happen with this one client as we have sent other PDFs and they work fine. They have sent me the same document back to us and when we open it back up it is blank and we can't work out why!!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Pat,
Thanks for your reply. We send them just by attachment via email. We have done for years and had no problems before. I have compared the document and they are exactly the same size, both physical dimensions and the file size have remained at 1.8mb.

I have tried zipping the files and sent them to client again so hopefully this solves any issues that they have.
Fingers crossed!!
