Error installing flash player

I searched Google and it didn't come up with any results for the error, so I thought I would try to post it here.
That is the error message I receive. I have no idea what is causing it, but the Flash Player installer fails after that.
Has anybody seen this error or have any idea what is causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
