flashplayer installation

installation fails at 4% every time. have downloaded 8 times. have done everything on troubleshoot page. have uninstalled older version and now can't watch anything.

What is your operating system & version?

What is your web browser?

Do you get any error message?

Safari

No error message...just "instalation failed"

Right-click the downloaded file. Select Show Package Contents and then double-click the Adobe Flash Player.pkg file in the Resources folder.

did the package thing at least three times...installation failed at 7% (instead of 4%)

next suggestion?

(for now I'm browsing with Google Chrome instead of Safari but still would like to figure this out)
