In AAM i try to download over the cloud. Download seams to start but no progress is visible it just says downloading

any idea ? I got Admin ! Any Ports maybee

    Do you receive a specific error message?  Which operating system are you using?  Have you checked that your software firewall is allowing PDApp/Adobe Application Manager to connect to the Internet?

    Where are you receiving a 505 error?  Is this related to the original posting in this thread?
