How can I re install my inspiration browser on Elements 10? I only get error messages.

No matter how many times I try my inspiration browser will not install the update. I removed the browser from my programs, removed Adobe AIR, and tried to install again, but no luck. I installed AIR separate, but again, no luck with getting the browser installed. I am frustrated, and I don't know what else to try.

    If you are using the welcome screen try updating directly from the Organizer but first open your web browser and make sure you are logged in on-line to Photoshop.com

    

    Then launch Photoshop Elements Organizer

    On the menu bar click Help >> Elements Inspiration Browser

    Enter your ID and password

    In the installation dialog click Install
