Why can't I access adobe premiere in my cloud?

I am a member of Adobe Creative Cloud, and I can't access Adobe Premiere. I thought it was included in the subscription. How can I get access to it?

Premiere Pro requires a 64-bit system. At the bottom of the Apps page https://creative.adobe.com/apps there is a link to the Tech Specs for all products http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/tech-specs.html.

Thank you! My work computer is definitely not up to par for it haha. I should be able to use it on my Mac at home though. Thanks, again.
