Hi, I am a student an received today the key for the Design Standard Suite. So I have acess to the creative cloude with 2GB space now, but I don't want to use this service, if it costs money montly or yearly.
The Adobe websites are pretty confusing and not ransparent.
There are two ways to use the desktop products, with a serial number or with a subscription based on an Adobe ID.
It sounds like you are using the Design Standard Suite with a serial and then signed up for a Free Trail on the Creative Cloud website with your Adobe ID. You can continue to use the 2GB of file storage on the website without paying anything, even past the 30-day product trial. You are welcome to try out the 30-day trials on some of the products not included in the Design Standard Suite.
Thank you for your answer. Yes, I received the serial number by e-mail today.
Does that count for all online services listed at https://www.adobe.com/account.html ?
The serial number is just for Design Standard Suite and the products it includes, listed here http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/designstandard.html.
The desktop products and services included with the Creative Cloud are listed here https://creative.adobe.com/apps. Here is what the page will look like if you are signed in as a Free user.
