Upgrade Window Stuck

Went to upgrade to the Adobe Creative Cloud last friday and after I entered my CC - it stuck on the confirmed window -

tried again today - same thing - what is going on with this ?

Will my CC be billed twice now ?

How to I start the service ?

    Hi Larry,

     

    You will only be charged once but it looks like there might be some delays processing your order. I'll see if I can get it corrected.
