Unable to download CS6 Update

Unable to down load CS6 Update

I am using CS5 and I am trying to down load the Adobe CS6 update, all the details are enterd and I get place order. I then get order no etc. Then it sayes you will be sent email

This email never comes. Adobe service sayes problem with browser but what is the problem?

Can someone help please

    Firstly , The CS6 update will not work on the CS5 software.

     

    Secondly , There is no need to place the order for any update.

     

    You might be talking about the Upgrade from CS5 to CS6 if so , then has your order been processed and how you checked changing your browser and then downlaoading it.

    but if this is not the issue then I would suggest to get in touch with the Adobe support team to get it sorted.
