Your answer is incorrect. Taking your answer as correct I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, used the offical upgrade to Android 4.0.4 and STILL cannot download the app as Google says it's in compatable with this device.

In the future maybe you can validate your answer with cited documentation? We users tend to think a staff answer is valid and spend hundreds of dollars needlessly.

Yeah Douglas, I'm sorry to hear about you not having much luck. Based on your original question it wasn't clear what "app" you were referencing or which Samsung tablet you were talking about . I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Photoshop Touch, Adobe Ideas, Adobe Proto, and Adobe Kuler installed. That tablet is running the Android 4.04 (code name Ice Cream Sandwhich). Because you were not clear about what tablet or app I just gave the general link about all touch apps. I suspect that whatever app you are trying doesn't meet system requirements based on your tablet, each of the individual apps has a tech specs section showing the system requirements. The requirements are similar for all of them though.

1280x800 display resolution
Camera recommended

I don't think the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus meets the screen resolution or display size requirements.

Sorry you went to the hassle of buying a tablet only to find it didn't work. I could have given a better answer with more info, sorry

Same reply as in this forum post http://forums.adobe.com/message/4691877#4691877. Want to provide the Tech Spec links for others who may read this post.

For running on an Android device the Adobe Touch Apps require an Android 8.9-inch display.

From Adobe Touch Apps http://www.adobe.com/products/touchapps.html page you can reach the Tech Specs for each of the touch apps:

iPad2 or later is required for the iPad.
