Multiple OS installs

I have the educational version of the creAtive suite web/design.  I realize I can install it on two machines per the EULA, however it's not clear if I can  put in on my Windows Based laptop and my home based iMac, if I can, how do I get a Mac serial # as I purchased a PC edition.

    The prepetual version of Creative Suite 6 is not multi-platform.  You would either need to purchase a license for the Macintosh version of the software or look at subscribing to the software instead.
