export to word won't work

Since i upgraded to Windows 7 I can't get the adobe export to work???

    I bought that program and have used it successfully.  Today I needed to open

    a PDF file in Word so I could make a change.  It took me to a window to sign

    in but I could not get signed in.  I went to Adobe website and signed in, so

    I know my sign in information is correct.  I just felt like it was an issue

    with Windows 7 because of all the other issues I have had because of it....

    Hi Paula,

     

    So the credentials you used to sign into Adobe.com didn't work here: http://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html ?

    What exactly happens when you click this link:

    http://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html

     

    You should be brought to a page where you can enter your Email Address (Adobe ID) and password.

    It takes me to a page that says my Flash player isn't up to date, but I did

    update it last week;

    Could you try the steps outlined in this document:

    I ultimately think that you're going to need to reinstall your Flash Player.  Instructions are in that same document.

    Let's go back to the beginning of this issue.  I open a PDF document; I

    click on the tab that indicates that I am going to convert to a Word

    document.  I get a window to sign in to Adobe and its says my sign in

    information is wrong.  As I said before I can log on from the Adobe website

    with this Adobe ID, so I don't understand why it won't let me sign in here.

    Try these steps to see if they help with the Reader sign-in issue:

    • Choose Edit > Preferences (Win) or Adobe Reader > Preferences (Mac)
    • Click 'Online Services' on the left-hand side
    • Sign out of our Adobe ID and sign back in.
    • Try to convert your document again.

    Adobe AIR is not needed to run or access the ExportPDF service.

    I CANNOT sign in to Adobe......it takes me everytime to a page that says I

    need to update Adobe Flash Player; I have the newest version and I have

    reinstalled it several times.  I need to get to Adobe Export and I am

    getting frustrated with this.

    I'm sorry that this has caused you such a hard time, Paula.

     

    What browser are you using?  Could you try accessing the ExportPDF service from another browser?

    Actually I did do that.  I am currently using Google Chrome and it seems to

    be working fine!!!  Go figure!!  Thanks for your help.
