I need help

I have a friend that installed adobe flash player & first of all when they go into a chatroom they see dots they can't see anyone typing they have to restart thier computer a few times in order to see them second of all my friend sees x's in a social network both her & I belong too could you please tell me what's wrong & how to fix it

    Hi!

     

    Try and use Google Chrome Browser which has got inbuilt Flash Player in it.

     

    Download the it from www.google.com/chrome (Free)

     

    And your issue will be resolved.
