Need to edit PDF file

I need to change numbers and addresses on existing PDF file then use edited PDF file.  Most of information and maps are current just need a few changes, what do I need to do?

    To edit a PDF file in the PDF format, you'll need our desktop application, Adobe Acrobat.  If you'd like to convert the PDF to a Word document, make your edits there, then convert back to PDF, an alternative to Acrobat is our CreatePDF service.
