Please try these steps and download the Premiere Pro CS6, as you didn't mention which Operating System I am copying the direct link for both Window and Mac. Follow the instructions.
Click on the link below:

And then Copy these links one by one and paste it at the address bar of your browser and press enter, it will give you a pop to save the file, make sure you will save it in your desktop and then Run the exe to extract the insaller for Windows machine, DMG for Mac.

For Win:
