How do I lower an inline image?

Sep 7, 2012 4:42 AM

A simple newbie question, I guess, but I can't find the answer.

I have a small inline image in the middle of a line. The lower edge of the image is on the baseline, but I need to lower the image slightly below the baseline. I have been looking for this in character style, but haven't found it. How do I do this?

You have two options. Select the image with the text tool and you can treat it as any other character, which means you can apply baseline shift, or a character style that applies baseline shift. Use the selection tool to select it and you can use the arrow keys or the mouse to move it up or down.
