I have an old version of Photoshop - 7.0. I bought in yrs. ago. In downloading the program from the disc everything goes 2 my hard drive except the application itself. I wanted 2 practice b 4 I bought an upgrade. Am I so rusty that I can’t download a program? HELP!

    Barbara which operating system are you using?  Do you receive any specific error messages when you install the software?

    Have you tried running the installer from the disc instead of copying the contents of the disc? 

     

    What processor are you using and how much memory do you have installed?  You can find this information by going under the Apple Menu and selecting About This Mac.  I am trying to determine if there is a current version of Photoshop which you can try instead of Photoshop 7.0
