what is the getcamera input format & output format?

when we get video from webcam by getcamera(), what is the input format?

output format should be the codec, like: VP6, H264, right?

I use the C920, the best webcam from logitech.
but the fps can not reach 30fps @ 720p with AS3

the logitech forum admin doubt that it's the fault of AS3
Ask if the incoming video format is not MJPG, YUV, I420, RGB ...

I couldn't find any answer from adobe doc ...
