Our computer failed, so we bought a refurbished one and had the old hard drive installed into the "new" machine. We couldn't find CS5 so I tried reinstalling it from the original disk. The installing process did not recognize the "new" computer and will not allow us to instal without deactivating CS5. However, CS5 seems to have disappeared from the hard drive so we can't deactivate nor can we finish the installation. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks, Jim Baker
