    Hi,

It seems few color profiles have got corrupted.

Please Run following command on terminal on the machine (this will remove the corrupt profiles and should allow you to run the installer successfully) -

    sudo mv /Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Profiles /Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Profiles_bkup

Restart your system then try installing PS again, issue should get resolved.

    Regards,

    Ashutosh

You do not write anything. You do it the easy way, which also is the way which avoids typos. Copy from the forum and paste into Terminal.

The command is one line which has been split by the forum software. Drag your mouse over the lines to highlight the entire command as shown below, copy, then paste into Terminal.

I am not saying that the command is correct or incorrect, I'm only telling you how to copy and paste it.

Are you the admin user? If not then try following the steps after being logged from admin account.

You're not the administrator of your computer?

Who is?  Do you think maybe that's the person you should involve with the installation of a major software package?

How can you have a computer and you not know who the administrator is?  Is it a matter of not understanding the terminology?  Is this not your computer?

Does your system prompt you for credentials when installing something?  If so, what do you enter if not the administrator's credentials?

Can you not see how maybe they'd want to be involved with the installation of something like Adobe Photoshop?

It's become clear you do not have the necessary permissions to install a major application.  If what you want to do with it is legitimate, seek the administrator's help.

    Thanks Ashutosh.Nigam

This worked for me. Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC I had Exit Code: 6 and Exit Code 7 respectively and wouldn't install
