Unable to order the upgrade from CS5 to CS6

I am unable to order the upgrade from CS5 to CS6 on line.

I enter all the detaild required including credit card details and get place order and click.

Am told an email will be sent. I see from the bottom of the screen contacting abobe shop.

I do not get the email so no order

I have tryed this on four difference machins with different OS  even tryed anothe modem

Can soneone help me please
