I have a PAL Bluray project with 8 sequences. All of the files are brought in as m4v and ac3 files and they are named xxxxxx v2 yyyyyy v2 etc. This burnt to disc fine. I made some changes and replaced the assets with xxxx v3 and it plays fine in Encore from the timelines. When I burn to disc I find I still have v2 sound. It seems there is a cache for the audio that is not being updated. Any thoughts.
All files show as 'Don't transcode'
Which file name is it referring to?
From the previous: are you sure you replaced the audio?
Did you have Encore open when you deleted any files?
If so, have you closed and reopened since?
This can be an odd error.
The file name was on of the m4v files. I have deleted this and that, restarted Encore, rebooted....
With CS6 I spend more time trying to get it to just work than I spend editing. I am now re exporting out of Premiere with new file names and I will start building the disc from new. Another day wasted.
Adobe should hold a prize draw with the winner getting an engineer for the day, and let them see what we have to go through.
