Premiere Elements 10 current version

Hi Forum

 

I'm not sure that my Premier Elements 10 product is updating correcting with any available updates. Can anyway provide the latest version so I can check against my installed version.

    Which version number is listed under Help/About?

     

    Most of the updates have been for Camera RAW support for Photoshop Elements. No fixes or patches have been released for version 10.

    Hi Steve.

     

    It appears I have the current version. 10.0 20110831.m.17215.

     

    I was hoping/looking to to have solved another problem I have placed on the forum, regards. MTS files not playing in Elements Organiser by way of an update. But it seems no updates have been released except for Raw files.

     

    So no joy there.

    Your product is up to date.

     

    I would not expect your issue to be addressed, since it seems to be specific to some computers and not universal with the program on every computer.

     

    Also, based on Adobe's traditional timetable, a new version of the program is due in the next few months.

    Hi Steve

     

    I had an Adobe support person look into my laptop today. It ended up with two of them spending nearly 2 hours trying to figure out my MTS file issue (these won't play in Organiser). Fair play to them as they have taken the issue back to the lab for further investigation. So I hold out hope for this yet to be resolved.
