No flash support for ICS 4.0.3

I bought the new samsung SII, with 4.0.3, unfortunately I understand there is no flash support for this version.

Any solution?...

The correct solution was, to download the latest flash player from the market.

When I downloaded the ver 11, everything is working perfect.

My device is in the supported devices list, yet flash still is not available.  I have a Toshiba AT200 Tablet.  The specs on my tablet say Flash supported,which is why I bought this tablet over others. I am sorely disappointed that neither Adobe or Toshiba is supporting me on this.
