Short: Currently my creative cloud is stuck on some kind of activation loop with just Adobe Acrobat X Pro.
I have tried:
Is there another solution that I am not trying?
Hi Rydder2012,
Try installing the latest version of Adobe Application Manager from here:
And then redoing the process
I have used another Adobe application, Illustrator CS6, to deactivate the the Adobe Creative Cloud and then reactivate it.

This morning:
1. Launching Adobe Illustrator CS6 and deactivating the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
2. Launching Adobe Illustrator CS6 looking for "Activation" screens. I get a EULA license, the starting window shows "TRYOUT", and under "System Info" it shows nothing for the serial number.
3. Close and relaunch Adobe Illustrator CS6 and get "Activation" screens. Window looses "TRYOUT" and a serial number appears in "System Info".
4. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro X CS5.5 and the loop continues.

Sorry Rydder2012, after Help > Deactivate in Illustrator CS6 I meant you needed to launch it again and use the "License This Software" button and sign in with your Adobe ID. There is no serial number associated with Creative Cloud membership.
Are you able relicense Illustrator CS6 this way?
Sure, but Adobe Illustrator CS6 is not my problem. The licensing worked yesterday morning just the same as it did now.
FYI: The issue that I'm having is with Adobe Acrobat X Pro CS5.5. (Which should be part of my Adobe Creative Cloud.)

@Neilgdabc, I could see why you would think that based on this thread but I know the solution described here has resolved it for many people. We have this document describing the solution.

Are people that posted here still having difficulties?

Hi David,
Thank you for the reply.
The page you've linked to doesn't fix it. My installation is pretty standard (new PC) and the only things I can think of that might be different to other people's is that it's x64 and I'm in UK (in case it's a locale / time zone thing).
Are there any log files I can look at?
Neil
Hi Neil,
I think I missed your reply, sorry about that, did you get it fixed?
A common issue I see for UK customers is this
Creative Cloud products launch in trial mode on non-English operating systems | CCM, CS6

Hi SophiDanis,
It might work differently for Design Web Premium, I'd recommend posting here:
