Pantone Swatches wont appear in swatches panel

Im in the process of converting a logo to spot colors. When I open the swatches panel and choose any one of the pantone books, the panel opens to what you see below. This same thing happens with all color books except for the basic illustrator books.

Anybody have an idea?

Those are all libraries. You have to get the colors into your panel by using them or by just clicking one of them or by using the appropriate menu command.

Im trying to convert a cmyk logo to spot colors. In the past, when I would open a library, all of the colors would fill the panel so I could scroll through and find the spot color I was looking for to match the cmyk colors.

How do I fill the panel so I can match?

Sorry, now I understand. Do you have FOnt Explorer installed? If so, update it to the latest version.

That did it, thank you very much!

Incase anybody else needs it. I updated font explorer pro to 3.5 and then updated the illustrator plugin.

Worked perfect.
