Comodo dragon chrome works, as does IE, but I'm having the same problem with FF15. Can't find it in Add-ons though, unless it is called Shockwave Flash 11.4.402.265 ?
I would rather use FF, but have to go with chrome to watch any videos etc. Frustraing more than anything.
could your issue be related to Trusteer Rapport? the issue can be seen in this post: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4671491
Thanks libflashplayer.
Installing the latest update to Trusteer Rapport has solv ed the problem.
A lot of people say they don't have this on their computer, they may well have had an old version of it, downloaded as online banking security with Nat West or First Direct etc.
Go to...
Control Panel/Administrative Tools/ doulbe click on Services in the list. Scroll down (if you have it) to Rapport Management Service.
If its there, check to see in the General tab that it is set to Automatic and not manual. Then try to install the latest version from the Trusteer website.
If you haven't got it listed there, then its not installed.
But for your own security and peace of mind, reverse installing to a previous version is not a good idea, use another browser, Chrome or IE until it gets sorted.
