Not able to insert an image in this forum

I am not able to insert even very small size pictures here ,i tried in general discussions & creative suit but same result.What is wrong?

    So how are you doing this?  To insert a screen shot, save, then click on camera icon in reply toolbar.  Navigate to location and click insert.

    Yeah I have been doing that but it's not happening. I picked the picture several times but 'insert this' remains dim and can't click it

    That often happens. Usually, just clicking the X to close the "Insert image" dialogue then trying again is all that's required but occasionally two or three attempts are required. Also, you may have better luck by first clicking "Use Advanced editor".

    Google Chrome has a problem i think coz i am able to do in mozilla,thanks anyway.
