flash not working problem

i recently downloaded a flash player update but ever since i keep getting the message 'i need to download flash player to view this video' i have uninstalled it and then re installed it but i still have the problem.  what do i do?

    I followed These Steps But the problem still seems to persist, At a loss at what to do, Everything was smooth sailing till I got the latest version. Some you tube videos do work other do not. Not sur why. but the majority of them tell me I need the Latest Version and I'm Confused as to why. I Havea Touch smart PC using Windows Seven, My browser is interner Explorer 9. I'm not convinced that its my OS or Broweser that has a Problem. ActiveX Filtering is Not Enabled and like I stated Above I Followed everything That the Link stated to do with much Hope of it being Solved but to no avail. Any further Tips or anything related to fixing this problem would be Much appreciated!

    Yes it works!

    All that trouble and it was that simple, Kind of a shame I could not find that Help thread more easily for my Problem
