Hi -

Everytime I start my copy of CS6 Cloud Illustrator after working with an image, I get a message about Prefs being lost and will be saved somewhere. It doesn't happen if I just open it after doing nothing. It's no problem right now because I always start with the defaults but, I'm wondering if this might lead to bigger problems down the road?

Hi Sharon,

This might be related to Illustrator not being able to save the preferences correctly. I would try recreating the preferences and working in a new adminstrative user account to see if the issue still happens.
