    Hi

Your proof of eligibility must be a document issued by the institution with your name, institution name, and current date.**  Types of proof of enrollment include:

    1. School ID card
    2. Report card
    3. Transcript
    4. Tuition bill or statement

    For homeschooled students:

    1. Dated copy of a letter of intent to homeschool†
    2. Current membership ID to a homeschool association (for example, the Home School Legal Defense Association)**
    3. Dated proof of purchase of curriculum for the current academic school year**

Is a NUS card your ID card?  If so it must contain the following information for it be accepted proof that you are eligible for the education discount:

    • School name
    • Faculty/student name
    • Current* enrollment/employment date

If it doesn't contain these three pieces of information then please try to obtain the other items which _techkid123_ posted in message #1.  You can find additional details in our Education FAQ - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/education-faq.html#m ain_what_forms_of_ID.
